I gave this as a gift. I wanted a blank book so this person could write poetry and personal thoughts in it. It also had to be attractive and it is.

At first I was skeptical really. However I love to write sonnets, And Poems. When I first seen this book here on Amazon I thought well it looks nice and all and looks can fool you sometimes indeed. But when this book arrived I noticed it was more than just a classy looking book. It had that going on the outside as well as on the inside. I Love This Book! I would recommend this book to everybody! I'm happy I purchased this fine book.

It looks somewhat different from the picture. I thought it would be a more vibrant burgundy, but it turned out a little darker than expected. BUT! I love it. The gold makes it feel like vintage. I'm pretty satisfied for the price.
